Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and services upon subscription, membership fees are non-refundable. This includes:
- Unused subscription time
- Cancellations after billing
- Dissatisfaction with content or service

2. Digital Products
All purchases of digital products, including courses and educational content, are considered final and non-refundable.
